During the period 1999-2003, NuVue assembled, through patent purchase, IP development, and licensing, an exceptional integrated platform of technologies, including:

• Enhanced Ultrasound Guided Visualization of diagnostic and therapeutic medical instruments developed by EchoCath;


• NASA-developed Advanced Microencapsulation Technology for microencapsulation of chemotherapeutic and diagnostic agents; and


• Cryotherapeutics Technology developed by CryoFlex, Inc. 

The Company initially purchased 20 patents and licensed 12 others from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). It has since applied for five new patents that extend and protect the integration of its three platform technologies.
