Roger Kolasinski
Roger Kolasinski, the Company’s founder and major shareholder, serves as its Chief Executive Officer. A graduate of Michigan State University (1968) with a B.S. degree in microbiology, he began his career in the field of genetic research in the Microbiology Department at the University of Connecticut. He then moved into specialty medical equipment sales, and in 1971 founded Kol Bio-Medical Instruments, Inc., which continues as one of the largest specialty distributorships in the U.S. medical marketplace. Mr. Kolasinski sold his interest in Kol Bio-Medical in order to focus all of his efforts on NuVue. Mr. Kolasinski brings to his leadership of the Company an unusual ability to realize sound technologies with a strong sell-in, arising from his strong bioengineering background and years of successful sales of specialty medical devices and therapeutics. Mr. Kolasinski has remained active with Michigan State, serving on the Dean’s Board of Advisors of the University’s College of Natural Science.
