Dr. Le Pivert previously worked with the French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) to develop new cryosurgical instruments and monitoring techniques for which he has been widely recognized.

In 1999, Dr. Le Pivert founded CryoFlex, Inc., to develop the next generation of cryosurgical and related imaging technologies. There, Dr. Le Pivert demonstrated that NuVue’s enhanced ultrasound visualization technology significantly enhanced the performance and outcomes of CryoFlex’ next-generation cryosurgical instrumentation.
