James Stuber, J.D.
James Stuber serves as the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Stuber was the co-founder, with Dr. Le Pivert, of CryoFlex, Inc., and has over twenty-five years of experience in key executive and legal positions in life science and other technology based companies and the practice of corporate law. Mr. Stuber previously spent ten years in Washington, D.C., where he practiced FDA law at the law firm of Hogan & Hartson (now Hogan Lovell) and served as legislative director for a senior member of the House Energy & Commerce Committee.
Mr. Stuber has played a key role in the development and commercialization of new technologies, including formulation and implementation of business plans; acquisition of funding; negotiation of mergers and strategic partnerships with key industry players in the U.S. and abroad; negotiations with foreign governments; development of patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies; and development and implementation of regulatory approval strategies.
Mr. Stuber holds his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree from Columbia University, and his law degree from Georgetown University.
